Radio Placard.e is a queer, activist, and traveling radio station dedicated to archiving the voices of LGBTQIA+ people active in the fields of culture, visual arts, film, music, non-profit organizations, activism, and more.
The radio station was born during the Les Corps Lesbien.ne.x.s Festival, welcoming around twenty artists, DJs, musicians, visual artists, illustrators, directors, and more.
The station continues to explore the forms of expression used by queer people, whose intimate experiences translate into a political message in their work, whatever the form. We had the opportunity to sit down at the Fifib, the Théâtre des Avants-Postes, and the Cinémarges festival in Bordeaux, the Transgaze festival in Marseille, and soon at the Nuits Blanches de Paris
at Espace Césure.
All our discussions can be found on our Soundcloud page.
